Measures to support accessibility

PwrCandy takes the following measures to ensure the accessibility of pwrcandy.com:

  • Utilizing the Wix Accessibility Wizard to regularly scan and fix potential accessibility issues across the site.

  • Leveraging Wix’s built-in semantic structure to ensure proper navigation for screen readers.

  • Ensuring all product images and promotional graphics include descriptive Alternative Text (Alt Text).

  • Ensuring high color contrast for readability across all marketing and product pages.

  • Performing regular manual keyboard navigation testing to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all users.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

pwrcandy.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that while the majority of our website follows accessibility standards, some parts of the content—particularly those managed by third-party Wix integrations or dynamic widgets—may not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively working to identify and resolve these gaps.
